MUST be brought to scale master in a net, held by the lower jaw, or held by entire body.
Any fish brought to scales by the gills are ineligible for entry.
Only Blues, Channels, and Flatheads are entered in tournaments.
In the event of any type of tie for any type of tournament, award monies will be split equally.
In the event of a total skunk, (no fish weighed), we may extend tournament in one hour increments and include other species. Anglers who leave will forfeit entry.
All disputes must be filed with Pond Boss no more than 10 minutes after the final buzzer of the tournament. Pond Boss will have final say in all matters.
You must be present 45 minutes prior to start to draw for the spot fishing game.
Fishing spaces may be traded as long as all parties agree.
Tournament entrants may not rent golf carts for the duration of the tournament.
All entrants may have only ONE assistant for his/her convenience. An assistant CANNOT file an official dispute with the Pond Boss.
All regular facility rules apply during tournament.
We reserve the right to cancel tournaments for any reason, including lack of participation, inclement weather, or technical problems with the lakes. If we have to cancel a tournament that has already began, refunds will be given and the tournament will be rescheduled.
Only anglers who pay to enter the contest may weigh fish in. No exceptions.
All contests, including rodeos, are catch and release only. No stringers are permitted to be used by anglers entering contests. If anglers are seen with fish on a stringer, he/she is automatically disqualified from winning any award monies.
Anglers entered in contest may not accept fish from other anglers to weigh in. Anglers must catch his or her own fish! Doing so will result in disqualification.
We rely on all anglers to watch each other and report violations of these rules and other unfair play. Disputes will be settled by the Pond Boss. REMEMBER: It’s YOUR money on the line, be fair and, most importantly, have fun!
